When machinery is damaged, worn or no longer supported by the original manufacturer, fabrication can often provide a practical repair solution — getting equipment back to work without the cost of a full replacement.

We repair steel components, reinforce existing structures, modify machinery and manufacture replacement parts to suit existing equipment. We also stock a range of hydraulic fittings and cylinders for quick turnaround on hydraulic repairs, and provide sharpening services to keep cutting tools performing at their best. Where a part has failed, we can assess the damage and either reproduce it as it was or redesign it to address whatever caused the failure in the first place.

This kind of work suits machines that are older, highly modified or no longer covered by off-the-shelf parts supply. If a component can be measured, drawn or brought into the workshop, we can usually find a way to rebuild it.
