Our Bystronic CO2 laser cutting service allows complex profiles and components to be produced directly from digital drawings, with a 3m x 1.5m bed and the ability to cut material up to 20mm thick in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Laser cutting is used across almost every job type we take on — brackets, plates, gussets, machine components, signage, agricultural parts and decorative panels. Because the profile is cut straight from a digital file, design changes are easy to make and repeat parts come out identical every time.

It also pairs directly with our CNC press brake. A part can move from flat sheet, through cutting, into folding and on to welding and assembly without leaving the workshop.
