CNC Folding & Press Brake

Our 4.1 metre, 220 tonne CNC press brake allows cut components to be folded accurately and repeatably into finished parts, whether for fabrication, assembly or standalone use.

Computer-controlled bending means every fold in a batch lands in the same place — which matters when folded parts have to line up with other components, bolt holes or mounting points. Simple single bends through to multi-bend profiles can all be programmed and repeated as required.

The 4.1 metre bed also means wide sheet and plate can be handled in a single operation. Folding works hand in hand with our laser cutting and fabrication services — a part can go from flat sheet, through cutting, into folding and on to welding or assembly without leaving the workshop, which keeps tolerances tight and simplifies communication on every job.
