Custom Metal Fabrication

We manufacture custom steel and aluminium components and assemblies to suit the requirements of each job. Whether it's a one-off bracket, a machine component, a fabricated frame or a larger custom project, we can assist from initial measurements or drawings through to fabrication.

Depending on what the job needs, our fabrication work combines cutting, folding, MIG and TIG welding, drilling, milling and assembly. Having these processes in the one workshop keeps things practical — dimensions can be checked against the actual component, and adjustments can be made as the job progresses. Where a design needs refining before cutting starts, our 3D CAD modelling capabilities let us visualise and check the part first.

A large share of our fabrication work involves replacement or modified components where an off-the-shelf part isn't available or isn't quite right. We reproduce worn or damaged parts, adapt existing designs and build new fabrications to suit the equipment or structure they need to fit.
